Terms of Service for PJR Homestay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PJR Homestay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PJR Homestay provides paying guest accommodation services in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Advance payment of one month's rent is required to confirm booking
• Security deposit of one month's rent is mandatory
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or UPI
• No refunds will be provided for advance payments

4. Resident Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in your room and common areas
• Follow all house rules and regulations
• No smoking or consumption of alcohol in the premises
• No visitors allowed after 10 PM without prior permission
• Respect other residents' privacy and property
• Pay rent on or before the due date (5th of each month)

5. House Rules

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
• No loud music or parties without permission
• Use of common areas is at your own risk
• Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Damages to property will be charged to the responsible person

6. Termination

• One month notice is required for termination
• Security deposit will be refunded after 15 days of vacating
• Unpaid rent will be deducted from security deposit
• Management can terminate agreement for rule violations

7. Limitation of Liability

PJR Homestay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PJR Homestay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
